　　Thus begins "Tatiana's Lessons on Guizhou." With curiosity and passion, Tatiana delving deep into Guizhou. She immerses herself in the rich cultural heritage and distinctive lifestyles of ethnic minority communities, listens to the unique ways Guizhou narrates Earth's story through its natural wonders, savors the authentic flavors of Guizhou's spicy and tangy culinary culture, and experiences the vibrant and festive spirit of local celebrations.

　　在首期节目中，缇娅娜在贵州五彩黔艺民族服饰博物馆馆长、清华大学美术学院博士陈月巧的带领下，前往贵州省黔东南苗族侗族自治州台江县施洞镇，探访了作为首批国家级非物质文化遗产项目的苗族刺绣工艺。

　　In the first episode, Tatiana visits Shidong Town in Taijiang County, Qiandongnan Miao and Dong Autonomous Prefecture, accompanied by Dr. Chen Yueqiao, director of the Guizhou Colorful Ethnic Costumes Museum and a graduate of Tsinghua University's Academy of Arts and Design. There, they explore Miao embroidery, one of the first national intangible cultural heritage items.

　　在当地的绣娘家中，她们深入了解了苗绣中极具代表性的一种技艺——破线绣。破线绣的名字来源于其独特的制作技巧，这种技艺要求绣者在绣制过程中先将一根丝线细分为8到12股甚至更多，通过破而后绣的方式，形成了独特的视觉效果和艺术风格。这不仅是对技巧的极大考验，也使得每一件作品都独一无二，蕴含深厚的文化内涵。

　　They visit the homes of local embroiderers to gain an in-depth understanding of a representative Miao embroidery technique known as "split thread embroidery." This technique involves splitting a single silk thread into 8 to 12 strands or even more, creating unique visual effects and artistic styles. This process is not only a significant test of skill but also makes each piece unique, carrying profound cultural significance.

　　节目中，缇娅娜不仅学习了破线绣的基本技巧，还通过陈月巧的讲解，领悟到这项技艺背后蕴藏的文化内涵。苗族人通过刺绣来表达对自然的敬仰和对生活的理解，每一图案、每一色彩都有其特定的象征意义，使得苗绣不仅仅是衣饰，更是苗族文化的一部分。

　　During the program, Tatiana learns the basic techniques of split thread embroidery and, through Chen Yueqiao's explanations, grasps the cultural meanings behind the craft. Miao people use embroidery to express their reverence for nature and their understanding of life. Each pattern and color has its specific symbolic meaning, making Miao embroidery not just a decoration but an integral part of Miao culture.
